Terms & Conditions for

Business Finance & Tax Strategy Session

A division of Be Well & Heal, LLC

1. Scope of Services
This session provides general strategic guidance for business planning, entity selection, cross-border operations, tax considerations, and financial best practices. It does not constitute formal legal, tax, or accounting advice. No ongoing client relationship is established unless separately agreed upon in writing.

2. Nature of the Session
This is a 50-minute advisory session intended to provide clarity and direction based on your business goals and current situation.

  • No legal documents will be filed.

  • No tax forms will be prepared.

  • Complex matters requiring in-depth research, jurisdiction-specific compliance review, or third-party involvement may be referred for additional services.

  • Legal filings, business registration, audits, or disputes are outside the scope of this session. For these, you should consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or business registration service as needed.

 

3. Confidentiality
All information you provide will be treated as confidential and used solely to support this session. However, this session does not create attorney-client or CPA-client privilege.

 

4. Payment & Refunds

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Sessions are non-refundable unless canceled by Be Well & Co. Financial Consulting.

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

 

5. Limitation of Liability
Be Well & Co. Financial Consulting, Be Well & Heal, LLC, and their consultants are not responsible for outcomes resulting from decisions you make following the session. All strategic insights are based on the information you provide and are meant for general guidance purposes only.

 

6. Client Responsibility
To receive the most value from your session, you agree to provide honest, complete, and accurate information regarding your business goals, current operations, and challenges.

 

7. Recording Policy
Sessions may not be recorded without the express written consent of both parties.
