A gentle and grounding yoga class designed to help aid workers regulate their nervous systems, release stress, and recover from burnout. This session incorporates trauma-informed movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to bring a sense of stability in uncertain times.

Join Courtney of be well & heal for weekly, online Grounding Yoga for Crisis and Uncertainty classes.


This trauma-informed class combines intentional movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to promote healing and resilience. Designed for all levels, including beginners, it follows a structured yet gentle series of poses to support self-regulation and release stored tension. No prior yoga experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore healing in a safe, supportive space.


This class is offered for free, but donations are deeply appreciated as I navigate through a recent furlough in the humanitarian community. Your support helps me continue sharing these healing practices with the a community in acute crisis. 💙🙏
