Having trouble sleeping or feeling stressed? Sign up for private, guided yoga nidra to help you sleep and slip into deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep" has many benefits, including improved sleep, memory, focus, thought patterns, and physical health. It increases your mindfulness and can decrease anxiety and depression. If practiced regularly, yoga nidra can be used to treat chronic pain and PTSD. This sessions will provide you with custom, guided meditation based on your desires and needs. The session can also include a guided gentle stretching sequence and journal prompts, depending on your preferences.
