1. Scope of Services
This session provides personalized general guidance on personal finance and U.S. tax obligations, including for expats and digital nomads. It does not constitute formal legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. No ongoing client relationship is established unless separately agreed upon in writing.

2. Nature of the Session
This is a 50-minute advisory session intended to offer clarity and strategic insights based on the information you provide.

No tax forms will be prepared.

No legal documents will be filed.

Complex issues requiring deeper research or formal analysis may be identified and referred for additional services.

Legal filings, audits, or dispute-related matters will not be addressed during this session. For those needs, you should consult a licensed tax professional, attorney, or CPA.
3. Confidentiality
All information you share will be kept confidential and used solely to support this session. However, this session does not create attorney-client or CPA-client privilege.
4. Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Sessions are non-refundable unless canceled by Be Well & Co. Financial Consulting, a division of Be Well & Heal LLC.

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Be Well & Co. Financial Consulting, Be Well & Heal, LLC, and their consultants are not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or losses resulting from advice provided during the session. You retain sole responsibility for your financial, legal, and tax choices.
6. Client Responsibility
